I do not agree with you. If we pay the money, we should get the service well. Certainly we should not have unreasonable request. But for this kind of lawyer, you only see one or twice during the application, and you pay such big amount, and you get bad service, it is reasonable to complain.

Anyway, It is not easy to deal with lawyer. 人在屋簷下，不得不低頭，complain is understandable.
