Emergency questions!! Thanks

我是H1-b, 年底想回國結婚，過一陣子想去加拿大簽證。我的問題是去年9月底我因為family emergency回國，那時候剛剛開始工作2個月，還用的是OPT，可是在我回國期間，我的H1-b突然批了，我回美的時候還不知道，過兩天律師通知我批了，所以I-797上麵的I-94號碼和我手上的這個不一樣，請問我這次申請H1-b會有問題嗎？

我上次回去的時候，OPT工作了兩個月，H1-b application pending. F1 visa
was still valid (because I went back once more early 2006). the dates of
travel were 9/29/06-10/5/06.The start date of I-797
was 10/3/06.OPT end date was 6/19/07.
