I look the new screen shot closely and find that it is almost the same as the first one he (my boss) got from DFLC Dallas Backlog Elimination Center, from: H1B7YR Information [H1B7YR@DAL.DFLC.US]. I suddenly realize that he sent the email sheet that with his, Dallas and Perm Backlog Case Event information on it is not official document for labor condition application. it is merely an email response.

the email said: Please find screen shot attached and below for your records. I check his email and print out the attached screen shot that has the same information as the record does in the email but different looking from the record.
i believe the attached screen shot should be the valid labor condition application and acceptted by Vermont INS officers. Thanks for any suggestion.
