I have the same understanding as you when reading the instructions for I-129 extension. You better consult a lawyer or someone else.

I am going to renew my another 3 three years. I need to make sure what tals I should prepare for approval.
I have already finished I-129 includeing H1 Supplimental, and H1 Data Collection and LCA. It appears that I may miss something. Could you please give me your renewal list when your boss or your attorney ted your petition?
