Thanks. I did google, but I found many people recommend changing employer after Oct.1 according to AC21. Actually, I think my case is not H1 transfer, because only if H1 is effective can I do the transfer. My case should be H1 new application.Since I have already been counted against 2008 quotes, can I use the quota to change employer? Are there any basis for this?
