TN 續簽問題

請問如何辦理TN續簽，本人離邊境很遠，可以郵寄辦理嗎？是統一的地址，還是各個州都有自己的辦公室？應該提前多久寄出（還是在有效期內就行？），另外都需要什麽文件？
請辦過的朋友們給些指教。
