我的材料如下（酌情加減）

your current status file
your spounse's status file
letter from employer with salary and position verification( this is important)
marriage certificate if you are inviting in-laws
your stipends of past 3 month
your W-2 forms shows tha tax withholings of 2003
banking statement( most frequently used one and other with big balance(the more, the better))

all of your legal status related files since you were in US( passport first page, visa stamps, I-20...)
generate a letter to the visa officer to explain why you asking them here, for travelling.....

that is all from you. for your parents side, they just need to bring 戶口　　存折　工作證　
i also prepare pictures , i was back 2 years ago but the officer did not ask for them

any way, prepare them in detail and label them clearly, i think it might help the officer to easily find what they need and give you better chance

if you are not in 戶口，　your parents will need to give a reasonable explaination if asked ( in my case, the officer did not see it at all)
additional financial surport is not necessary if you have enough fund in your bank account( should be more than 10000)
