mmei: 現在辦H1延期提前3個月就可以了，因為H1的處理

並不要太多時間，又是在新的批準時間為時間起點，沒有必要提前半年左右，一般不超過三月就會批下來。在就是有240天規則在起作用，即收到收件就可以繼續工作，到期240天還未批才要求停下來等批件，很少有人H1延期要240天的。
