請問大家如果h4沒有收到receipt, 那麽h4 expire 以後，還是合法的嗎？

是關於孩子的，大人已經辦了延期已經批準了，但沒有馬上給小孩辦。結果趕上這個大混亂了，前幾天剛遞上去，可是８月份過期，如果在此之前收不到receipt, 那麽小孩是不是out of status 了？ 請問有h4 的premium processing 嗎？
