I understand it is a long and painful immigration and green card application process. All immigrants have had to survive the physical, psychological, financial, and cultural challenges encountered along the way. Many of them succeeded and found the better future they were looking for. Many others found only hardship and experienced the destruction of their hopes and dreams. I totally agree USCIS should make things easier instead of making it harder. However, immunization is a different issue here. It is required for every resident, citizen or non-citizen, and it is your responsibility to keep the record in case it is needed.
