F1問題請教明白人。 多謝！

＊持學校a的i-20獲一年多次往返簽證。來美幾個月後轉學，持學校b的i-20。之後回國（一年內）再返美，是否需重新簽證，還是隻要在一年之內就可自由往返？

＊轉學後，隻要在sevis上重新繳費注冊就可以合法化，對嗎？還需辦理什麽？
