請問我能re-file 140 preminum process嗎?

本人今年五月剛從BEC解放出來(PD: June 2003),上月初同時file 140 和 485, 律師是公司請的, 公司同意 file 140 premium,並在給律師的package裏附上$1000加快費. 律師說 June 7遞的package給移民局,但至今沒有收到任何receipt. 這幾天一直催問律師, 今天律師終於回複並告知:他自己自作主張把我的140按regualar case遞的, 說我的case沒有必要file premium process,有必要浪費公司的錢. 想來想去, 他這麽做隻是想多掙公司的錢, 因為本人是H1-B第七年,很快要file第八年延期. 如果我的140批了話, 我可以file三年延期,否則隻能一年.

剛剛同HR people談過,公司答應重新file 140 preminum process, 但我聽說移民局七月份不再接收140 preminum, 不知我的情形是不是屬於此類. 我能re-file 140 preminum process嗎? 先謝謝大家了!
