USCIS is running on the filing fees of you, me, him/her, everyone on this board. US government doesn't fund USCIS. Catch terrorists is a government action to protect US and in that sence, should be funded by US government. we shall request USCIS to do whatever we paid them to do - process our files! They are now taking our money and use the money to support other actions which shall not charge only us. Public, include us, shall paid for catching terrorists together.
