I called CIS customer service at 1-800-375-5283 and selected options(if I remembered correctly):
1--2--2--6--2--2--2--1
The first person asked if your case has been filed more than 15 days and I said it's almost 30 days, then she said I'll escalate your call to another person who can check you case status. Another person asked my name, birth date and address then she found the case status. Hope this helps.
