大家好, 這是 個好主意嗎？7/30 後再遞140，直接遞到TSC

My lawyer informed me that we are going to file 140 for NIW and Eb-1 next week. I learned that if we file after 7/30, we can be guaranteed to file in TSC according to the new policy, just with more money. Is that worth doing?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
