A class action like this scale, let's say over 10,000 cilents, can easily drag over 10 years!! And once you are the plantiff, you cannot opt-out easily, that means you need to feed the lawyers and even if your turn comes, you still cannot get your GC through the normal procedure, because you are suing it, aren't you!

So think twice and I would suggest you find another lawyer's opinion before you jump into a class action case.
