I-140 EB1A HELP!!!!

我的律師為我申請EB1A。 不幸的是，我的申請被留在NSC。NSC 不停的要RFE。昨天
律師說他也不知道該如何辦下去了。律師說我的申請如果在TSC，早就應該批下來了。


我的條件是；

1。 一個國際獎；
2。 38篇論文；
3。 一篇論文被選為我的研究領域2006最有影響力的100 篇文章之一；
4。 被邀請做書的Advisory Board member;
5. 審過很多top journal得文章。

我想請教一下，我能不能把遞上的材料要回來，自己整理一下，再申請EB1A。看看
能不能被分到TSC。大家覺的這是不是個好主意。
