then repack them and mail back using another carrier. Then the package is out of the hand of the original shipping carrier. Tracking info from original carrier may not mean anything useful anymore. I am afraid that such packages are not traceable on our side and some may even get lost in such a chaos. I wonder how can we find out? I just pray that they are responsible and won't get anything lost.
