But as I understand. They are processing RD 2001->2002-->2003-->...mine is 2006 but is also in that row. She just told me by now the V# is still available, but I suspect the latest submission may not have the V# when the backlog process may complete. At that time, the new FY V# will be available again..... Seems everything is as expected. They will use 3 months to clear all the backlog....:)
