I guess you don't come to thie forum often. A lof of talks from lawyer association and DOS indicated VB would have movement in June to use up the visa numbers of 2007. USCIS wasted 10,000 last year.

Those voices were in April. I am not surprised of VB advancement of June even it was huge -- 8 months. While the July VB was not logic.
