请问小白兔, H4递交485必需本人在美国吗?

Now that our 485 applications sent yesterday will propably be returned, I (H4) need to be present in the US if we can them in Oct? so i need to come back to the US in Sep. if i go back to china now, right?

howabout the medical exam, do we need to do it again? how long does it remain valid? thanks!
