說起倒黴這回事

這個綠卡已經等了10年了。從來美國第一年就由公司sponsor,各種原因，一直到2003年3月才最終file上去。一張勞工卡又一直等到2006年12月。然後就聽說現在用perm隻需要幾周。好不容易今年3月把140和485一起file上去，一直石沉大海。和律師要求辦140加急，律師說140下來485不批也沒用，說就不要浪費錢了。（其實都是公司出錢的。）我也就真傻，又開始等。後來想想不對，上周五寫信給律師，強烈要求辦140加急......同一天發現移民局停辦加急。

不想了，希望這樣的日子早一天結束吧。請教一個問題，很多人都提到NC。我怎麽知道自己是不是被NC呢？移民局會明確通知你嗎？哪裏可以查這個status? 謝謝！
