Earmarked for approval once NC clear.

If your case -- I140 approved, RD over 9 months, PD before 2005, you are most likely preadjudicated (they allocate you GC number). MY PD is Nov 2001, 485 pending at TSC since July 2006, LUD 6/28 and 6/30.
