Do you mean that they are holding our 485 cases there until

until the dispute is over? There has not been any filed lawsuit yet. What if USCIS has already started sending back the packages? If they would change their mind sometime sooner or later, what are they going to do with the RD for the returned cases that should have got before the later ted cases?

Anyway, this government is awful enough to get me throw up!
