關於I-485, 大家看看應該怎麽辦?

我在大學工作, 本來準備明天寄出我的I-485,結果就發現今天的消息. 我問學校的律師,他建議我繼續寄出去並等待拒收.I copied his email.
We are shocked and still trying to sort this out. This is an unprecedented move by both DOS and USCIS. Our latest information is that lawsuits are in the works. Some are saying that if you file your petition and it is rejected, you are in a better position to seek a legal remedy. Thus, you can file the I-485 applications, expect them to be rejected (not accepted for filing) and possibly join the litigation.
我打算按律師的建議繼續遞交申請. 我也希望能有很多人一起來參與爭取我們的權益.
