For following things we need to file law suit:

Money for Medical exams,
All expenses related to birth certificate
documents photocopy, photographs expenses
Travelling expense related to visit doctor, lawyer and employer
Phone call expenses to lawyer, Doctor, Employer
Took day off on JOB.
Time
Effort
Mental Stress
Lawyer's fees

Finally We won't get sleep for coming two nights.
