Hi, in form I-129W for H-1B application, question 3 of part A asks "Is the beneficiary an exempt h-1B nonimmigrant?". Since I have a Master's degree so I meet the second condition.
(1) In that case, should I select "yes"? However, my company put "no" for this question.
(2) What is the difference does it make?
(3) What is an exempt H-1B nonimmigrant? exempt from what?
Can someone kindly give some suggestions? My company is very inexperienced and I worry a lot. Thanks.
