I disagree that no more 485 approval will happen in the next couple of months. The VB revision says no further response to visa request, and as far as I understand, visa request does not happen right before case approval-that would be too inefficient-instead USCIS reserve certain # of visas based on the flow of their work (not very efficient either, but hey, it is government). Once those reserved are gone, it requests again. Now DOS is talking about all available numbers of FY 2007 were reserved by USCIS, no more asking. To answer this question definitely, see if there are approvals in the next few months. I bet there will be more approvals ever. Think about it, do you think even an efficient USCIS can approve 60,000 cases in June of 2007? We can ask proof in the lawsuit if they did claim so.
