The reason that USCIS abolished current bulletin

The current bulletin is a result of efforts by G. W. Bush to push his amnesity agenda. It's absolutely necessary to push all current legal PR applicant through the system asap to make the USCIS ready for the overwhelming number of illegal applicants who will flood the system within a few months of passing the comprehensive immigration bill.

Now that immigration bill is shattered. Bush has no more reason to push the USCIS to process the legal applicants in a hurry. By October, you will see more backlogs and longer lines. Plus have I mentioned the fees are more than doubled?
