Greetings:

I am attaching a PDF of the updated Visa Bulletin. The State Department announcement amending the July 2007 visa numbers is completely unprecedented. We do not know whether your Adjustment of Status will be returned or held, but we will let you know as soon as we have any information. This action is outrageous and is inconsistent with everything the government has previously done with regarding to employment-based visas. The American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF) is planning litigation which would affect all people in the same situation. Perhaps Congress will also intervene, so please have your employer contact your Congressman and/or Senators.

We are extremely disappointed and disheartened but assure you that we will let you know as soon as we have any information.
