OPT轉H4: I-539填表的問題

我現在OPT，想要轉H4，隨老公遞交了485申請（老公的140/485 pending）。有關I-539填表的問題.在Part 4 question 3:
a.Are you an applicant for an immigrant visa?
b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you?
c.Has a form-485 ever been filed by you?
我那個要填YES?律師建議都填YES, 否則會影響批準.心理感覺不踏實,希望大家幫幫忙.謝謝.
