Thank you for quick response.
My case is EB2. The position my company sponsored for me is Software Engineer. My position in the company is Technical writer and my LC and 140 have both been approved (although experienced a lot of difficulties). My lawyer said green card is for future job. That is why he think transfer H1-B will not affect my 485.
I'm worried and thinking to withdraw my H1-B transfer petition to avoid RFE.
