急問：NIW, 現在隻拿到3份推薦信， 我可以先File

I140/485 with 這3份信， 然後等我另外3份信（oversea的，都正在路上）拿到後，我再給移民局補充材料，請問這樣做可否？
都是聽說排期要立馬倒退， 被嚇的！！！
