effect of EAD on H1

I have sent out I-140 and 485 application, and also got my EAD, my question is if I can still transfer my H1 from my current employer to a new employer (my I-485 has been sent our over 180 days)? in other words, my EAD will effect my H1 work visa? can I continue to use my H1 for my working? I should not have applied for EAD, it is usless to me, only make me worried. Thanks.
