Send the 485 package with same day service tomorrow?

If DOS revise the visa bulletin tomorrow then even the package arrive tomorrow by same day service, the package will be refused? If they revise on the tuesday then the package will be fine right? I am trying to decide if to spend a few hundred dollars to send the package by same day service.
