I-140 was transfered from TSC

MY I-140 and I-485 were received by TSC on Sept.22 2003. I had notices: 3/17/2004 my I-1485 and 4/2/2004 my I-140 form were transfered from TSC to Houston local office. Does someone know what it is means?
