xiaobaitu, pjiang etc,, suggestions, please

問題：
1）我的I140還在pending(ted to NSC last Oct),今年10月份我要換工作，轉換工作對I140和I485由什麽影響？

2）我妻子準備在本月20號左右回美（因簽證和改機票的問題，來不及7月初回）,我不知道是等她回來後一起遞I485（估計她辦好體檢要到月底）。有消息說I485有可能在7月初就沒有名額，我擔心如果下周幾天不寄I485，有可能要等很久才可以遞，但如果寄了，如果I485批準前我的妻子還不能交I485，以後是否會作親屬移民。
