It's possible, BUT...

Remember these are a bunch of lawyers who are always on the most conservative side. If they don't have some solid evidence, I don't think they would've spread the news.

Even if things don't happen as AILF stated, it might be the result of hard lobbying and pressure from AILA and corporations. Excutives at the company I work for (don't want to specify the company name but it's one that everybody knows) are preparing for a lobbying effort on Monday for this matter. I don't think they would've done this without having reliable source of information.

Let's support what AILA is doing instead of suspecting their intent.
