485 Approved - Information Sharing

I485 (NIW) NSC was approved last week.
I140 & I485 filed concurrently in 09/2005
I140 approved about 2 weeks later
2 fingerprints
No LUD since 08/2006

It was a long journey. My company refused to another I495 (the I140 based on the approved LC was approved in 12/2006). Trying to relink or carry over the PD since the PD of the LC was in 09/2004. Wrote a letter to NSC director, no response. It seems the relink or carry over did not work for me.

Wrote a letter to First Lady about name check and received a letter from FBI informing the NC clear about 2 months later.

Do not lose hope. You have to keep trying.
