AILA VISA AVILABILITY

Who can access the articles on AILA's website about July Visa Availability, my lawyer said there is a rumor on Monday they will change the Visa Bulletin and will make a lot of people can't file 485 file again. Try to check the AILA website, but not the member, can't read those articles. Can anybody tell what are they about?
My feeling about this is they already decided to stop I-140 premium service, they shouldn't, they wouldn't stop suddenly, especially next monday the filing of 485, the possible action maybe stop concurrent filing, only people with I-140 approved can file.
