Democracy vs. dictatorship, simply a trade-off, nothing to brag on either one. For big fans on democratic system, look at the red areas in 2004 you just can't help thinking why all those dumba**es get the same vote as more intelligent blue people on the coasts. Of course problem with dictatorship is you need a real elite class to rule who do not make (big) mistakes, which unfortunately do not happen for human beings.
