急問，有兩個140，file485的問題，律師這話啥意思？

我今年5月file了 EB1A和NIW兩個140，其中那個EB1a比NIW早一點，現在兩個都是pending，現在打算file 485。

我的律師是這樣回信的：
I would (will if I do it) state that we want the I-485s to be joined with the NIW case, but that if the NSC intends to return the I-485s for a change in visa priority numbers by the date of receipt, then please join the I-485s to the EA case in the alternative - and send copies of both receipt notices with the I-485s 。

請問律師這是啥意思？
是不是說：我們說明這個485是跟著那個NIW的，但是可能有說法是485先跟著那個早的140（我們就是EB1a早一些）如果因為這個被拒絕了，就把這個485轉到EA了？？

請問我理解的對嗎？
