Emergency. Got layoff, Please Help.

1. I got layoff today. 5/29/07. The company said they were going to report the layoff to USCIS, department of State, etc.
2. My I-485 has been pending since 8/2005. When I Infopassed a month ago, the immigration officer said I should get GC within 2 to month since my name checking has been cleared.
3. Found a company who can support me for H1B and GC application.

Question:

1. Can the new company help me do the H1B transfer?
2. Does the action of reporting layoff to USCIS and Department of State affect my GC application? Does it mean my I140 would be revoked?
3. If I AC21 documents, what should be included? Paystubs from the old company, employment letter from the new company, what else? is necessary to include the pay stub from the new company?
