Hi All, I have an urgent situation.
I checked I140 on-line status last Month, it said it was sent out on March 3rd, 2004 for more evidence. I waited until the end of March, still did not receive it. I then sent a letter to VSC director asking them to re-send, I was afraid it was lost, because my wife and I did a change of address request in January, my wife received the confirmation letter in early march, I have not received it even now. The letter was received by VCS on March 26 based on Fedex tracking record. On April 1, I checked my status, and it was updated, saying the notice was returned by USPS as non-deliverable, and it asked me to call VSC to provide correct address. I thouhgt this was ridiculous. There were still residents living at our old address, I left a note for the residents to keep an eye on the letter. I called VSC immediately, I did another change of address request, and was told the notice will be re-sent. It is been a week since the phone call, two weeks since my letter, it is still the same on the on-line status website (the notice was returned as non-deliverable, blah, blah...) What am I supposed to do? Time is running out, I heard applicants are normally allowed only 12 weeks to prepare more evidence. Maybe I should compile a list of questions they usually ask, and come up with a response blindly? Please help!!!!!
