問一個xiaobaitu,pjiang,radiology都答不上的高級問題

大家為什麽都搶第一時間在7月2日遞交485？移民局處理485是按照PD(Priority Date)順序還是按照RD(Receipt Date)順序來排隊？既然大家全體current, PD到底還有沒有用？
