這咋回事？老師，大俠，明白人看看？

最近看到很多2005年10月之前交件的485批了

為啥NSC批的大都是NIW？TSC大都是EB類的？難道當時他們NIW和EB分別是交兩個中心的？

明白人解釋一下？謝謝！
