I-485 approved-NIW-NSC

2550-9-29 趕上最後一班車file NIW (NSC)， 140 －485 同時。律師隻用了一個星期準備140 和485，我和配偶兩個人的， 沒有推薦信for I140， 一或者二個月後接到140的RFE， 補了三封推薦信 （用了三個月拿到推薦信），一個月後140 （2006年3月）批準。2006年2月第一次打指紋；然後是漫長的排期等待（期間PERM批準，但是沒繼續下麵的申請）。期間2006年8月我們兩個人的I－485都有連續兩天的update，然後就什麽動靜也沒有了。2007年5月第二次打指紋。no update。2007年6月20日兩個人的485同時批準，現已拿到綠卡。
