This email was sent yesterday 5pm from USCIS...

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On June 29, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

09/2005 filed I-140/I-485 at VSC
11/2005 140 approved
10/2005 first FP
03/2007 transfer to TSC
05/2007 second FP
06/28/2007 I-485 approved.


This Tuesday, I just sent a regular mail to TSC requesting them to expedite processing of my case. I am not sure whether they approved my case before they receive my mail or not... But I bet everyone with similar situation would get approved soon!
