if you are not battered/abused by a citizen/gc holder

for eb:

your 485 will be denied if your marriage doesn't remain intact.
you can divorce right after you get gc

for fb:
if the divorce happen in the middle of or before conditional gc, and you are not abused or battered or
subject to extreme cruelty by citizen, you will not get your gc.
if you divorce in the middle of conditional gc, you have to prove your marriage was entered in good faith, which is very hard to prove.
