副申請人遞４８５的時間問題

主申請人七月份會遞４８５，可是副申請人材料不全，可能要八月份才能遞４８５。問題是，如果八月份又重新開始排期，副申請人還可以遞４８５麽？還是要等到主申請人的PD再次becomes current?
